Thermoplastic road marking paint
Thermoplastic road marking paint (also known as hot-melt marking paint) is a powder-based coating used widely for high-durability road lane divisions, crosswalks, highways, and parking lots. It is heated to around 200°C (392°F) in a specialized hot-melt kettle until it melts into a liquid state, then sprayed, extruded, or rolled onto concrete or asphalt surfaces. Upon cooling within minutes, it hardens into a thick, highly wear-resistant polymer matrix.
