SPRING POST

A spring post (also known as a rebound post or flexible delineator) is a highly flexible road safety device used to direct traffic, separate lanes, and warn drivers of upcoming hazards. Unlike rigid concrete or metal barriers, spring posts are engineered from elastic materials like Polyurethane (PU) or PVC. This design allows them to bend completely flat upon vehicle impact and immediately bounce back to their original upright position, preventing severe damage to both the vehicle and the post

Standard Heights:

  • Typically available in 750 mm (most common), 800 mm, and 1000 mm variants.
  • Materials: Premium variants utilize Polyurethane (PU) for maximum elastic recovery, while budget versions use PVC or Polyethylene (PE).
  • Night Visibility: Equipped with 2 to 3 highly reflective retroreflective bands or sleeves to stay visible under low-light conditions.
  • Weathering Protection: Integrated with UV stabilizers to protect against color fading and brittleness caused by extreme heat or sun rays.
